Let there be Chainsaw, let the be Boomstick, let there be…KANGAROO??

As part of our month-long fundraising effort to help private animal sanctuary ROOS-N-MORE ZOO, they have agreed to come to the show every Saturday night in February as our guests. In their entourage is the guest of honor – a kangaroo we have nicknamed Ashley J. Wallaby (though his real name is Boomer, short for Boomerang).

He made his live stage appearance at intermission this past Saturday, facing off against Sirc Michaels (aka Chris Palkow) and easily beating out the emcee for most applause and general likability without having to say a word.

After the show, fans were able to get a pic with the hero for a chainsaw for a hand – Ash – as well as Ashley J. Wallaby – who were in the lobby as well for meet and greets.

This is happening all month long, and we encourage all of you to come out and enjoy the fun with us!

So what’s going on?

1. TICKETS – Get a KICKASS deal on tickets to the show all month long.

2. MERCHANDISE – We will be selling special exclusive merchandise featuring Ashley J. Wallaby at S-Mart in the lobby. T-shirts, buttons, and mugs will all be available. The prices range from $5 to $30. Proceeds from these merchandise sales will go directly to ROOS-N-MORE! Please bring cash to help expedite our ability to get the funds to the zoo!

3. DONATE – Use the savings on the tickets to donate to the cause directly, which we will be taking at the show! They need to raise about $200,000 and so we want to do whatever we can to make that number smaller.

Please come out to the show this month and help us help these animals. If they don’t raise the funds, there is a chance that the zoo will have to close, which would mean all the animals would have to be shipped elsewhere and we will lose an important educational program right here in Las Vegas!
